Cam & Jay

Cam & Jay est né d’un véritable coup de cœur musical lors d’une première collaboration en 2024. Leur spectacle nous plonge au coeur d’un dialogue entre la guitare fingerstyle, le violon et la mandoline bluegrass. Cam, formée en musique classique et jazz, et Jay, passionné de bluegrass et de fingerstyle, nommé Instrumentiste solo de l’année aux Canadian Folk Music Awards en 2025 pour son album Uphill, s’accordent dans une approche épurée et complice. Ensemble, ils créent une couleur unique fondée sur une solide complémentarité musicale.

Cam & Jay was born from a genuine musical coup de cœur during their first collaboration in 2024. Their performance immerses the audience in a dialogue between fingerstyle guitar, violin, and bluegrass mandolin. Cam, trained in classical and jazz music, and Jay, a bluegrass and fingerstyle enthusiast named Solo Instrumentalist of the Year at the 2025 Canadian Folk Music Awards for his album Uphill, come together with a refined and intuitive approach. Together, they create a unique sound shaped by a strong musical complementarity.
